With empathy and respect, my aim is to help clients navigate and overcome their personal challenges related to sexuality. In my practice, you’ll find a safe, confidential space where you can discuss your sexual concerns openly, without fear of judgment or prejudice.
I deeply connect with my clients’ feelings and thoughts. For me, listening is not a task, but a passion. It’s always moving to be able to guide clients toward a more liberated and fulfilling experience of their sexuality.
The 'Sexocorporel' approach views sexuality as an integration of body and mind, highlighting the profound impact of physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts on our sexual experiences.
My work is grounded in a holistic understanding of sexuality, with the belief that everyone deserves positive and fulfilling sexual experiences.
At the core is the understanding that sexuality is something we can learn, and with the right interventions, it can be expanded and transformed.
my approach
My career
Since completing my Bachelor's degree at the University of Bern, I have been working for over 12 years in the HR department of various Swiss companies in Switzerland and abroad.
I have been working as a sexual counselor since 2023 and completed my Master's degree in Sexology (MA) at the Institute for Sex Education and Sex Therapy in Zurich (ISP) in September 2024.
